About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or junior lawyer to join our high-performing, friendly and award-winning team.
You will be trained on how to be a superb solicitor.
You will be supported and mentored by senior solicitors and the Director.

You will work in all areas of Wills & Estates including:
drafting Wills, enduring powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardian applying for grants of probate and letters of administration estate litigation - family provision claims, contested grants, general equity litigation, protective list matters and judicial advice applications advising executors/administrators and beneficiaries on the administration of estates assisting the Director with Court-appointed independent administrator appointments Our ideal candidate will possess:
Strong university grades (minimum Distinction average in law subjects is essential ) Strong research, analytical and drafting skills Reliable, organised and self-motivated Passion for learning and technical excellence An enthusiastic, friendly and optimistic demeanour About McIntyre Legal

Anthea is highly-regarded by her peers as a leading expert in Wills & Estates.
