The Opportunity Tandem Partners is currently partnering with an organisation that is a pioneer in the development of software-driven, autonomous products.
We are seeking a full-time on-site HR Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.
As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in sharing and driving the HR function within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Role A true HR Generalist position, this role offers the opportunity to engage in every aspect of the employee life cycle, from attraction to retention and beyond.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and securing top talent for niche technical and specialist roles.
In employee relations, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive work environment, managing complex cases with confidence, and providing support on disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Additionally, you will oversee performance management processes, partnering with managers to set objectives, conduct appraisals, and guide professional growth.
Your contributions will be essential in driving initiatives for employee engagement, shaping policies that align with the company's values, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
This is an ideal role for a well-rounded HR professional ready to make a substantial impact across multiple HR functions.
About You Experience working within a standalone HR role, managing the full HR function.Tertiary qualification in HRM or related discipline.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence.Experience within the tech or engineering sectors would be advantageous.The ability to work full-time on site.If you feel that your experience aligns with the above, please apply online to the attention of Abigail Marnoch quoting ref no.
