About the roleAs the Business Development Manager at Focused on Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the disability support sector across South-East Queensland.
Based in Eight Mile Plains, QLD, this full-time position will see you leading strategic initiatives to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and enhance the company's service offerings.
The role will involve frequent travel through South-East Queensland.
What you'll be doing Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the disability support industryDevelop and implement effective growth and marketing strategies to promote the company's servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry bodiesAnalyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine service offerings that meet client needsContribute to the overall growth and profitability of the businessWhat we're looking for Extensive experience in business development or growth within the disability support sectorStrong relationships with key stakeholders within the regionProven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunitiesStrong understanding of the regulatory environment and industry trends in the disability support industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective business development strategiesAdaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat we offerAt Focused on Care, we are committed to providing our team members with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
