Position SummaryThe Grade 2 Rehabilitation/GEM Physiotherapist works across the in-patient subacute ward, GEM@Home and Residential Aged Care Facilities in various locations.
They will be based at Wonthaggi and carry a full clinical caseload in the designated area.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full clinical caseload in designated areaProvide leadership and support to the grade 1s and AHAs in subacute ward, GEM@Home and Residential Aged Care FacilitiesProvide supervision and training to undergraduate physiotherapy students with the support of the Grade 3 Physiotherapy Clinical EducatorWork collaboratively in the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patientsWork closely with the In-patient Grade 3 physiotherapist on projects, continuous improvement, staff training/competency, and/or researchContribute to the development of the Subacute Physiotherapy service with the support of the Grade 3 physiotherapistContinue their own learning in Rehabilitation and GEM through internal and external professional developmentRequirementsValid Police CheckWorking with Children CheckRecommended COVID-19 VaccinationPlease submit your resume and a cover letter detailing what you can bring to this role and explaining why you are interested in joining our team.
