Role Overview: As a Customer Solution Consultant, you will:
Handle inbound inquiries from existing members during the critical rate review period.Provide exceptional service and assist customers in understanding their options.Participate in a comprehensive training program in Melbourne before transitioning to remote work.What's in It for You?
