2IC Beauty Therapist at Evolution Laser Clinic Mt Druitt (Fulltime OR PartTime) Are you a passionate Beauty Therapist ready to take the next step in your career?
We're looking for a 2IC (Second-In-Charge) to support the clinic manager in driving success at our vibrant Evolution Laser Clinic in Mt Druitt.
This is your chance to combine your hands-on skills with leadership and mentoring responsibilities in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Clinic Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer care.
Perform advanced skin and laser treatments using cutting-edge technologies, including Candela hair removal, RF, skin needling, and more.
Train and mentor team members to ensure high standards of service and performance.
Promote and upsell products and services, including evolveMD Cosmeceutical Skincare, to meet and exceed KPIs.
Ensure clinic operations run smoothly, including roster management and compliance with safety protocols.
Ideal Candidate:
Confident and professional with a warm, approachable demeanor.
A natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Sales-focused with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Passionate about skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cert IV in Beauty.
Laser Safety Officer Certificate.
Prior experience with Candela lasers (preferred but not essential).
Flexible availability, including weekends.
