The Role: Mills Recruitment have been engaged by the company to recruit a Business Services Manager with 7+ years of experience.
This role involves supervising a small team and working closely with clients of varying sizes, structures, and industries.
Successful Candidate must have: CA qualified with 7 years' experience in a business advisory services environmentAbility to attract new clients and retain existing business by providing sound business and tax adviceCoordinating reviews of work by the production team of Senior and Intermediate accountantsSetting individual and team goals in line with staff experience levelsReviewing and monitoring high-end, complex work prior to being signed off at Partner levelDeveloping and working with contacts from various networks and establishing strong relationships with decision makersAn innovative approach and effective communication skillsSound analytical and problem-solving skillsDeveloping and imparting technical knowledge through trainingMaintaining effective relationships with key decision makersSeeking change and implementing it within the business unit via technology and automationReviewing tax preparation and financial statements for all entity types on an ad hoc basisWhat's On Offer: A friendly and enjoyable working environmentCompetitive remuneration packageOngoing training & development and support from the PartnersDiverse client base with highly technical work and challenging managerial opportunitiesModern offices and workspaceFrequent staff social and business networking eventsIf you feel you have what the role requires, as well as the drive to succeed and progress your career as a Manager and ultimately into Directorship in the longer term, please contact Ross Stephens on to discuss this great opportunity further
