About the Role Collaborate in the strategic planning process for Consumer, focusing on nurturing opportunities and assessing potential risks.
Elevate strategic performance by thoughtfully studying the KPIs and market insights, and suggesting adjustments to enhance outcomes.
Craft compelling materials to effectively communicate strategy and insights to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership and the Board.
Facilitate strategy-related workshops and ensure market and competitor insights are current for informed and empathetic decision-making.
Engage in financial modelling and cost-benefit analysis while encouraging innovation and supporting a high-performance culture within the Consumer team.
About You Hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field with experience in strategic planning within intricate insurance or professional service settings.
Showcase strong commercial and financial understanding, with skills in market-focused roles to interpret complex data and guide decision-making.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of insurance industry operations and modern strategy development practices.
Have proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments, applying strategic, commercial, and creative thinking techniques.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
