Data Reporting Analyst

The Client & Role: We're currently working with a large-scale financial services institution who are looking for an experienced Data Reporting Analyst with prior experience on contact centre projects or a significant background in a contact centre environment for a 6-month engagement.
The ideal position will be based in Melbourne with a hybrid work model of two days per week on site, rate on offer is up to $700 per day inclusive of super and contracting costs.
Responsibilities: * Ensuring business is continually supported with reporting and analytical context associate with reports, enabling Performance Management levers to be executed accordingly across all business levels.
* Manage the timely and accurate responses to business questions and requests * Manage stakeholder expectation through effective and timely communication * Develop and maintain underlying scripts to ensure production of reports is of a high quality, in line with change management processes * Enable compliance with all statutory reporting requirements * Provide management with up-to date performance information for the purposes of critical decision making.
* Day to day analysis and problem resolution within reporting environments eg ADA, veracity, DI * Improvements to processes for analysis, reporting and communication associated with services provided * Resolve problems and obstacles related to delivery of reports and information for data imports * Review Power BI access RLS Required Skills & Specialisms: * Experience with MI tools, reporting and analysis using tools like MS SQL (SQL Code, SSIS), Power BI, DataBricks, Python * Deliver agreed quality outcomes on time within budgeted resource in accordance with the stated business requirements * Strong stakeholder management * Experience and understanding in contact centre technology, operations and performance drivers * Data Analysis in the production of reporting according to business specifications and processes * Operational excellence in data, business process understanding and risk management * Knowledge of databases/warehouses and MI reporting tools such as MS SQL (SQL Code, SSIS), Power BI, DataBricks, Python * Problem solving and process design If you're a Data Reporting Analyst with experience in contact centre related projects apply now via the link provided or email your CV and a relevant overview to Daniel at ****** Due to the nature of the role, only candidates with contact centre experience in a reporting or operational capacity will be considered.
