We are currently seeking experienced Project Manager & Senior Project Manager to join our client's team in a permanent capacity, and support them in the delivery projects across WA.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join an industry leader.
Duties Develop construction schedules and procurement plans, collaborating with the team to source all necessary materials.Create and implement quality plans to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in weekly site meetings and compile comprehensive project reports.Manage coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.Track project progress, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Oversee all project facets, including financial management.Lead the project from initial site setup through to completion.Implement effective cost control measures to ensure smooth project operations.Report on project progress and facilitate weekly meetings with clients.Ensure adherence to WHS standards, prioritising the safety of all site personnel.Identify and communicate risks as they arise.Skills and Experience Previous extensive experience in a leadership positionExtensive experience in asset planning, management and reportingExperience delivering large projects up to or over $100 million projectsLuxury building / Accommodation experience - EssentialPrior experience in the following: asset maintenance, asset planning, life cycle cost/planning, labour resource planning, material equipment planningStrong commitment to safety and striving for continuous improvement across the businessRequired Relevant industry qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in accommodation experience, with a minimum of 6-7 years of experience.Comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles.Extensive background in managing budgets for large-scale construction projects.Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Word.Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver complex projects valued over $100 million from inception to completion.Full Australian Working Rights.If you're keen to embark on a new venture and want to join an industry leader then click APPLY or contact Meg on 0406 528 047 for a confidential discussion.
