Senior Consultant, Project Manage portfolio of industrial clients – $120k+ Senior Project Manager, lead $1m+ CLM projects – $120k+ Associate Environmental Scientist, Lead Projects, Mentor Juniors – $185k Principal Environmental Scientist, Technical Director or Client Lead – $250k+ This is a National Environmental Consultancy of 350+ staff that has grown incredibly quickly over the last 5-10 years and has retained their staff along the way.

I recently visited their new offices in the CBD and observed:
Sitting in the new offices in the Sydney CBD, I felt an electric buzz, the kind you feel when everyone is loving their environment and doing their best work.
An employee-initiated pool competition was cranking along in the background.
The sparkling water in small individual bottles was chilled to perfection.
This felt like a place I'd love to work and a place others would love to be invited to
I met a few people in passing, and each welcomed me warmly.
