Position SummaryThe position of Pharmacist – Senior (CHQ at Home) will:
Provide high level clinical pharmacy services to the CHQ at Home service, based at the Queensland Children's Hospital.Provide day to day clinical supervision and support to less experienced pharmacy practitioners within the high acuity and complex medical units.Actively participate in teaching and training, service development and improvement, supervision and departmental planning.Apart from contributing to the development of Australia's best paediatric health service, you will also benefit from a competitive remuneration package and a working environment which embraces professional development, builds capabilities and supports staff to maximise their health and wellbeing.
