Senior Project Manager – Property Location: Sydney CBD
About Our Client:
Our client, a leading project management consultancy based in Sydney CBD, is renowned for their expertise in managing high-impact construction and property projects.
Specialising in both education and commercial sectors, they handle a diverse range of projects, including developments for both private and government schools.
They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their collaborative and innovative team.
The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex projects within the education and commercial property sectors.
You will be instrumental in managing high-profile school projects and will work closely with a supportive and experienced team to ensure project excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of education and commercial property projects, including those for private and government schools.
Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and client requirements.
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and project staff.
Report on project progress, manage risks, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction or property sector, with a strong focus on education projects.
Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects, including those for private and government schools.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Property, or a related field.
