Estimating Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present to clients Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms Advise on tendering procedures Monitor and adjust contract expenditures Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors Liaise, consult, and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates Computer and Technology Knowledge:
MS Excel MS Word Project Size Estimating Experience:
0 - $100,000 100,001 - $500,000 Area of Work Experience:
Purchasing, procurement, and contracts Project coordination Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
