About the opportunity
We are actively seeking an experienced, highly ambitious, motivated sales professional to join our team.
This role will join our sales team remotely, or based out of our Ocean Shores Head Office if you are a Northern NSW local, becoming an integral part of our sales function.
Your primary focus will be to surpass both individual and team targets by proactively following up on new and existing inbound leads to generate new sales revenue for the business.

To be successful in the role
Demonstrated experience selling high-end, luxury products Demonstrated and proven experience in inbound and outbound sales (B2C) Ability to converse comfortably with a range of customers (Residential & Commercial) Proficient in using CRMs (ideally Keap/Infusionsoft), and confident in navigating multiple software applications Understand how to build and maintain a pipeline and convert prospective clients, whilst being flexible and adaptive Easily build rapport with a diverse audience, communicating with clarity, empathy and respect Have strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills, whilst maintaining your finesse in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, process-driven, and task-focused with strong accountability and integrity A natural problem-solver with an optimistic outlook and ability to think and pivot quickly on your feet If you are passionate about fostering relationships and thrive on inspiring others with an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, don't delay and hit the apply button - we would love to hear from you
