Add expected salary to your profile for insightsHagstrom Drilling is a family-owned Drilling Company that has been operating across Australasia for over thirty yearsDue to the purchase of new equipment and significant new long-term projects we are recruiting Senior RC Drillers to work with our existing team on projects nationwide.ABOUT THE JOBThis is a permanent, full-time FIFO role on a 2/1 or 2/2 roster from Perth.
You will be working as part of a great team on 12-hour shifts on work sites within Western Australia.ESSENTIAL KEY REQUIREMENTSHeavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence or above5 years of relevant drilling experienceCert III in Drilling operations (essential), Cert IV preferredWhite CardCurrent First Aid certificationCurrent 4WD certificationSatisfactory National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months or able to obtain on request)Ability to adhere strictly to Hagstrom Drilling's Safe Work Policies and ProceduresAbility to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screenSKILLS AND TRAINING TO BE CONSIDEREDExperience in RC Drilling Techniques (685 and 685i)Orientation/Survey tool usagePossess mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning new skillsEnjoy working outdoors in a team-focused environmentLeadership and effective communication skillsStrong OHS awareness & work ethicAbility to adapt to an ever-changing work environment safely & efficientlyBENEFITSWork for a reputable family business that values every employee and rewards Quality Service SafelyMarket leading hourly ratesOn the job training and mentoringA structured career path with progression opportunities in our expanding teamsAccommodation, meals, and transport provided24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supportIndustry-leading technology and late model equipment (uniform fleet)Support from field service drill fitters with allocated service vehicles to conduct scheduled preventative maintenance regularly.APPLICATION PROCESSHagstrom Drilling would like to thank those who apply.
