Our client is a global leader in industrial technology manufacturing based in Castle Hill and is known within the industry for their expert knowledge and cutting-edge products.
Due to internal promotion, an opportunity for two Customer Service Representatives in a temporary capacity has become available with the view to move to permanent.
Your New Role
Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Your duties will include:
Providing quotes for products and repairsSeeking quotes from third-party providersReceiving and booking in customer repairsLiaising with freight companies to ensure products are delivered promptlyOther office administration duties as requiredThe Benefits
