Position Overview Reporting to the National Commercial Sales Manager, your key duties will include :
Purpose of this Position : To champion a targeted customer vertical, drive new business growth, provide strategic direction, manage stakeholder relationships, and embody our company values.
Key Objectives : Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for commercial brands.Acquire new commercial accounts, grow existing accounts, and provide after-sales support.Ensure all CRM data is maintained and current.Use captured customer data to build insights, target offers, and plan activity.Demonstrate a broad level of product knowledge and application.Maintain alignment with Bunnings Commercial when required.Key Selection Criteria : Previous experience, 2-5 years, working in a customer-facing role in the trade industry.Strong communication skills and a team player.Ability to foster and build relationships.Confident in presenting service offerings and solutions to a broad variety of customers and at events.Demonstrated ability to effectively solve customer and product-related issues.High level of written and verbal communication skills.Preferred : experience using a CRM.Have an intermediate level understanding of Outlook & Microsoft Office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
