Eldercare is seeking an exceptional Part time Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Service team at our Goodwood site opening in early 2025.

Part Time permanent role - 0.4FTE Seeking a passionate, customer-centric individual Monday and Friday (additional hours available to cover extended leave) We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to support our residential aged care site in Goodwood, in providing excellence in front line customer and administrative services.
With a courteous and friendly manner, you will deliver superior customer service to all staff, residents, families and visitors.
In addition to reception duties, this varied role will focus on supporting key site functions such as recruitment, daily accounting functions and service feedback.

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) and clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
