The RoleWe're looking for an experienced AI Engineer who can design products, and work with our development teams and clients.
With a solid foundation in solution architecture and AI, you'll design, develop, communicate, and implement AI solutions that transform businesses.You are an experienced full stack developer, bringing experience in solutions architecture, DevOps, the ability to manage development teams and communicate with clients effectively.What You'll Be Doing: Designing AI solutions and system architectures tailored to client needs.Designing product solutions and architectures for internal products.Developing/coding products using different programming languages (majorly Python)Manage internal cloud platform and maintain a cyber lens across all solutions.Collaborating with internal and external teams to identify the right tools/technology/platforms and frameworks for each project.Communicating technical trade-offs and solution benefits to stakeholders like CIOs and development leads.Managing development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Guiding solution implementation while maintaining a focus on scalability, cost-efficiency, and business impact.Keeping up to date with the latest AI tools and technologies to continually enhance our solutions.Traveling occasionally to engage with clients and team events.
About YouWe're looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused developer with a passion for problem-solving and AI.Experience: 5+ years in a technical role (Development and DevOps), ideally with a background in Solutions Architecture.Development skills: Strong experience in coding (frontend and backend) and DevOps, the ability to effectively communicate with dev teams and understand the nuances of implementation.AI Self-Starter: You are passionate about the power of AI and keep up-to-date with emerging capabilities by experimenting and tinkering daily with new tools and solutions to complex problems.Problem-solving mindset: You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable finding solutions under pressure.Stakeholder management: You can confidently talk to senior management, development leads, and team members at all levels.Team leadership: Ability to manage offshore development teams and align their efforts with project goals.A Start-Up Mindset: You're resourceful and energised by the fast pace of building something new so you can thrive in a high-pressure, start-up environment where adaptability is key.
Ability to switch between multiple roles in the tech world as needed.
