Let's care for everyone's tomorrow so we can create a better future together.CTP Case ManagerPut the customer at the heart of everything you doFeel empowered to make a positive impactBe trusted to do what's rightAre you looking for an organisation that has a high level of Integrity and professionalism?As a CTP Case Manager you will be building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, including injured claimants and/or their lawyers, and reviewing treatment requests and organising investigations into claims with a focus on proactive claims management.You'll be responsible for:Manage your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisationBuild effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, including injured claimants and/or their lawyers, rehabilitation advisors and medical professionals, to drive successful rehabilitation and return to work outcomesAssess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handling correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and interpret medical reports.Review treatment requests and organise investigations into claims with a focus on proactive claims managementMake settlement offers, attend informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisationAttend conferences with counsel, expert witnesses, and lawyersImportant to your success:Proven para-legal personal injury experience (preferred)Insurance Claims experience, preferably within CTP / Personal InjuryQualifications in Law, Insurance, Medical, Allied Health or related disciplinesDemonstrated ability to interpret and apply legislationExceptional written and verbal communication skills, in particular the ability to communicate technical legal terms/findings in 'plain English' to customersHaving a genuine customer focused approachNegotiation and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work in a high-pressure environmentSkills to manage a target driven case loadWhat's on offerBe part of a team that's open-minded, supportive, and genuinely focused on customer outcomesA sense of belonging in the workplace, where you are welcomed and encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work.An employer that is committed to supporting your work/life balance and is always open to conversations about flexible & remote working.Access to over 10,000 on-demand learning resources and programs, to support you in taking control of your career development.Insurance products.
