Join us and share your ideas, be inspired, give back to the community and feel proud to be a part of an organisation doing meaningful work that matters while supporting sustainability, mental health, and well-being.Let's care for tomorrow, so we can create a better future together, for everyone.About the roleDesign and perform pricing analysis and modelling to inform pricing decisions and recommendations.Provide input to the provision of pricing recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders, reflecting competitive and commercial considerations to achieve strategic objectives.Develop and implement best practice pricing models, including claims, quote conversion, customer retention, and pricing scenarios.Take ownership of the continual refinement of the rating and pricing models, ensuring accuracy and reflecting best practice frameworks.Monitor the performance of implemented initiatives to support continuous refinement of pricing models.Contribute to the development of pricing strategy and support its implementation.Identify opportunities to drive innovation and implement improvements in processes, products, and services.Perform the controls outlined in the pricing governance framework and ensure adherence to all governance frameworks relevant to the pricing process.About youTertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.Experience in a pricing/actuarial management role, acquired in a financial service (preferably general insurance) and/or consulting environments.Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools (Willis Towers Watson pricing software (Emlem, Radar) and SAS, R, or Python).Ability to manage internal client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt with in accordance with an agreed timeline and scope.Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends, and links that inform judgments and solutions and report accordingly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.Benefits and perksInclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every dayFlexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible and remote work options and workplace adjustments, with support for your work/life balance.Career Development: Access mentoring, development and global mobility opportunities for growth and success, including access to over 10,000 learning resources.Financial and Well-being Perks: Enjoy discounts on Allianz products, retail, tech, and travel, plus financial wellness initiatives and the Employee Share Purchase Program- own a piece of your employerFor more details about our benefits, visit the Allianz Careers site.About our cultureWe care about everything that makes you, you.
