Fleet Supervisor

We are seeking a candidate with expertise in vessel management, including supervision of vessel maintenance and repairs in accordance with industry standards.
Our operations primarily involve cargo barges that provide marine logistics services to remote communities.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee weekly maintenance of the vessels and mobile fleet.Liaise with managers, crews, and contractors to keep assets within budget.Solve repair issues quickly in a marine environment.Ensure repairs meet standards and reduce downtime.Assist with planning and carrying out vessel dockings.Follow company policies, record management and safety guidelines.Role RequirementsMechanical/Electrical Trades Certificate and/or other relevant industry licencesStrong communication skillsProficient in Ms Office Suites applicationsDemonstrated experience in vessel management, including overseeing vessel maintenance and repairs in line with industry standards.
