In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand key objectives, define strategic roadmaps, and architect end-to-end solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enable digital transformation.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 FSCM ecosystem and the ability to provide end-to-end solution architecture, guiding the project lifecycle from requirement analysis to system deployment.Areas of Responsibility:Design scalable, flexible, and robust Dynamics 365 FSCM solutions, ensuring they meet business needsAnalyze business requirements and create comprehensive solution blueprints and roadmaps for Dynamics 365 FSCM implementationsProvide technical leadership and guidance on system integration, data migration, security, and customizations within the Dynamics 365 FSCM environmentCollaborate with other teams to align solution architecture with overall enterprise architecture and technology standardsServe as the main point of contact for clients and key business stakeholders regarding Dynamics 365 FSCM projectsLead workshops, presentations, and meetings to assess business needs and translate them into Dynamics 365 FSCM features and functionalityDeliver effective pre-sales consultations and provide expert guidance in Dynamics 365 FSCM-related discussionsLead end-to-end solution implementation processes, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standardsProvide technical leadership during development, configuration, and deployment phases, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standardsOversee testing, integration, and training processes to ensure a seamless transition to live environmentsWork closely with other architects, developers, and consultants to ensure the overall quality of the solutions deliveredProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them grow technical and solution delivery skillsEnsure continuous improvement by fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional developmentStay up-to-date with new features and innovations in the Dynamics 365 FSCM suite, including Power Platform, AI capabilities, and industry-specific acceleratorsRecommend best practices, optimize existing implementations, and drive innovation in solution designTroubleshoot and resolve any complex system issues that arise during the implementation lifecycleSkills and Experience:8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM solutionsDeep understanding of Dynamics 365 FSCM modules and related technologiesProven experience in solution architecture, integration, and data migration in Dynamics 365 FSCM environmentsExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, is highly desirableStrong expertise in cloud technologies (Azure, SaaS, PaaS) and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, Web Services)Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProfessional Services industry experience is idealFamiliarity with DevOps and automated deployment tools for Dynamics 365 FSCM environmentsKnowledge of data security and privacy standards and compliance within Microsoft solutionsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fieldMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or other advanced Microsoft certifications#J-18808-Ljbffr
