As a result of our strategic growth and winning projects, we are inviting talented individuals to join the McMahon Services Northern Territory team, having offices based in Darwin, Gove, Alice Springs & Katherine.

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Northern Territory team to work on various projects based in NT.
Your primary responsibility will be reviewing, initiating, and managing the project and employees, ensuring successful project delivery.
This role requires experience in building services.
Responsibilities: Leading and managing internal and external contractors Preparing RFI, Notices of Delay, variations and EOT submissions Providing weekly reports to customers and project manager Ensuring compliance with customers and company safety, quality and business processes. Writing and reviewing JSA's and risk assessments Reading, interpreting and communicating plans effectively to stakeholders Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project Building positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders such as customers, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractors Managing cost control, reporting, procurement and contract management About you: To be successful in the role, you will need:
Minimum 5+ years experience in a site manager position working on 3 Mil + projects Excellent time management and people management skills High attention to detail and safety-focused approach to work Problem-solving and innovation skills as an individual and as a team player Construction White Card and Current driver's license Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety and Environmental standards Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications Ability to obtain DCSI and Australian Defence Security Clearance Senior first aid training Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessment Experience using Procore and Pronto or similar related Project Management & ERP programs (Desirable). Ability to occasionally travel within Northern Territory to our regional construction sites.
