Inland Rail Pty Ltd is delivering the Inland Rail project, a 1,600km freight line that will connect Brisbane to Melbourne, generating opportunities during construction and beyond, and linking regional producers and manufacturers to national and global markets.To support this ambitious venture, we're building a highly skilled in-house legal team based in either Brisbane or Sydney and are looking for exceptional legal professionals to join us on this journey.Led by our newly appointed General Counsel & Chief Commercial Officer, Fiona McDougall, who brings extensive experience in major infrastructure projects across government and leading commercial organisations, our legal team will be at the forefront of navigating Inland Rail's regulatory, contractual, and compliance landscape.Key positions within our In-House Legal team include: Head of Legal - Planning and Environment, Native Title and Cultural HeritageHead of Legal - Property and ProjectsSenior Legal Counsel - Commercial and GovernanceSenior Legal Counsel - Planning and Environment, Native Title and Cultural HeritageLegal Counsel - ProjectsLegal Counsel - Planning and Environment, Native Title and Cultural HeritageLegal Counsel - PropertyLegal Business Support Manager (Brisbane only)As a valued member of our team, you'll provide expert legal guidance on a variety of strategic, operational, and regulatory issues.
