We embody excellence through a commitment to regulatory compliance, technological innovation, and unparalleled customer service.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs).ResponsibilitiesSupport the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party PSPs, following established procedures and security measures.Respond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessary.Perform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff members.Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial records.Foster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.Assist in preparing transaction remittances for the morning shift, ensuring completeness and accuracy.Contribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger system.RequirementsWell organised with high accuracy levels and attention to detail.Skilful with MS Office (especially Excel) and Xero applications.High proficiency in both English and Mandarin.Work well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with MT4 / MT5 Trading system is a plus.Working hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.BenefitsCelebrate your tenure with us
