Type of Projects you'll be delivering:Land Development ProjectsPortsRoad / Highway ConstructionAirportStructuresUnderground InfrastructureRole & Responsibilities:Ensure work sites are operated safely in accordance with project SWMS, under budget and ahead of program.Manage and supervise site staff and all stakeholders (suppliers, authorities, sub-contractors etc).Verify works comply with client specifications and company procedures.Assist with onsite documentation, procuring materials and equipment, recording daily activities and tracking costs.Identify issues early in forecasting, KPIs, and programming for each project within the region to swiftly rectify/address as needed.Managing, motivating, supervising and directing site team and sub-contractors.What you need to be successful in this position:Minimum of 3+ years of Site Supervision Experience in Civil Construction.Ability to think on your feet and make good decisions.Substantial knowledge and effort to ensure health and safety on-site.Good attitude, willingness to be a leader in the field and set a hard-working example.Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic leadership skills.Ability to showcase effective communication onsite and professionalism when communicating with stakeholders and clients.Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.Commitment to OSH.In return you'll receive:Working in the Perth Metropolitan area where you can be home every night.No weekend workYou will be given a manageable workload.Opportunity for career progression.Great variation of work including land development, airports, ports, main roads, underground infrastructure, and structures.$140k - $160k + Car + Super.Great support and culture.A massive pipeline of projectsFortnight team BBQ.How to apply:If you feel the above role is something you would love to hear more about or have someone you could recommend, give Peter a call for a confidential chat.Peter FakosP: E: Your application will include the following questions:
