We are looking for Senior Physiotherapists to join our team.
In this role, you will provide evidence-based Physiotherapy clinical services (including assessment, planning, intervention, and care co-ordination) to facilitate positive patient outcomes, including the effective and efficient flow of clients through the service.
The purpose of the role is to deliver high-quality Physiotherapy clinical services within a multi-disciplinary environment, within the West Moreton Hospital and Health Service Hospital in the Home (HITH) team including Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM HITH) and Multidisciplinary Avoidance and Post-Acute Service (MAPS).
Future vacancies within the next 12 months may be filled through this recruitment.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrate high level clinical knowledge, skills and experience across the spectrum of acute inpatient physiotherapy practice.Support and respect team members, communicating effectively, be flexible and demonstrate a commitment to the multidisciplinary team.Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to quality processes and evidence-based practices, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements, with an ability to apply established and evidence-based principles to complex Physiotherapy clinical services.Consistently and enthusiastically delivers a high level of client service.Proactively manages own continuous learning and development.West Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the south east corner, with community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
