About the Role This is more than just an Engineering Manager position—it's a career-defining opportunity.
Based in Perth, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the region's success while positioning yourself for a fast-tracked pathway to a General Manager role.
You'll oversee critical engineering designs, equipment selection, alternative submissions, and tender proposals, ensuring world-class outcomes across major commercial projects.
What You'll Be Doing Review consultant designs and specifications to define project scope.Conduct site inspections to ensure HVAC installations meet specifications.Lead the commissioning of HVAC systems to achieve peak performance.Collaborate with senior management to deliver cost-effective, innovative designs.Manage the design process to meet technical, budgetary, and client requirements.Lead and develop a high-performing design/engineering team.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.Deliver on time and on budget while maintaining top-tier quality standards.About You You're a proven leader with a passion for driving excellence in engineering.
You'll bring:
Experience as a Senior Engineer, Construction Manager, or highly skilled Project Manager in Construction, HVAC, or related industries.A track record of managing commercial projects worth $10 million.Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing a small team.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.A degree, diploma, or trade qualification in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable solutions.Why Join Us?
