Every day our teams of traders and developers work together to push our proprietary trading systems to the edge of what is physically possible.
The team is tasked with maintaining financial instrument market data quality, access and pipeline in support of our trading activities.
With growing business data requirements and increasing datasets we need to expand the team.

Collaboration: You will partner closely with our Infrastructure, Project Management and Strategy Developer Teams to deliver and manage scalable and highly performant systems to support trading in the region and globally.
Growth: For many of our roles, we don't expect you to have prior industry experience in proprietary trading or financial services to succeed at Susquehanna International Group.
We're looking for people who are naturally curious, relentless problem solvers, and have the desire to continuously innovate, learn, and grow.
What we're looking for: Experience in developing systems to handle large data sets.
Data enthusiast.Strong database and SQL knowledge and understanding of Database Design Principles.Strong programming skills in .NET C# and or Python.Experience in Object Oriented Programming and understanding of Software Design Principles and Architecture patterns.Understanding of data structures and algorithms.Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with traders, quantitative analysts and other software developers.Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment.Advantageous skills and experience:
Experience with delegating work to others.
Experience with managing work / running sprints.
Experience or interest in financial instruments (i.e.
equities, futures, options) and markets.
Exposure or interest to trading environments.
Familiarity with market data vendors such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
