About the roleThe Impact Evaluation People Manager will provide leadership, oversight, technical expertise and guidance to a team of evaluators to develop and sustain a high performance, engaged and positive culture within the unit.
Responsibility for this team encompasses supporting the team to adopt a growth mindset in the giving and receiving of feedback.
What you'll be responsible forPromptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policiesWork closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource mattersDesign and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization's goals, and meet compliance requirementsSkills you'll needWorks with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goalsCompares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actionsIdentifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems #J-18808-Ljbffr
