We are seeking a full-time Salesperson who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our Dulux Trade Centres.
This role will see you working between our Pakenham & Warragul stores and requires a current driver's licence and own transport.
If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic, and a passion for people, then this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong working relationships with depot/agenciesEnsure high levels of customer service are maintainedAccurately mix and tint paintMarket leading Learning and Development initiatives and genuine career pathways to accelerate your growth20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks paid partner leave available from the first day you start working with us.Enjoy generous discounts on DuluxGroup products and through our corporate partnershipsSkills and ExperienceYou're confident with people, have great communication skills, and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers, and clients.
You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times.Retail Trade Sales experience would be preferred; however, we are willing to provide on-the-job training on paint products, application, and hardware.
