Store Manager, Originals Store Burwood, NSW Position Overview:Are you ready to lead the store to style and success? As the Store Manager, you'll be the MVP for maximizing profits, scoring above sales and profit targets, and creating an all-star shopping experience. With a flair for fashion and a passion for precision, you'll implement winning policies and drive initiatives that keep the store at the top of its game.Purpose & Impact on Organization:Ownership & Leadership: Own it like a pro Take full responsibility for your store's performance. Dive deep into data, take a shot at new strategies, and challenge the retail playbook.Operational Excellence: Keep operations running like clockwork. Ensure everything's in compliance, from policies to finances, so the store stays in tip-top shape and primed for success.Customer Focus: Lead from the front, spend time on the floor, and make sure the team is always focused on the customer. It's all about bringing the brand to life in every interaction.Staff Management: Your team is your roster, so schedule, train, and support them like a true coach. Make sure everyone's equipped with brand values and product insights to keep customers engaged.Brand Representation: Be the face of the brand Wear the Brand Attitude with pride, making sure every customer leaves with a lasting impression.Merchandising Standards: Style points count Ensure your store layout and visual merchandising are always on-trend and on-brand.Inventory & Transaction Management: Keep inventory flowing like a fast break, with efficient delivery processing and smooth transactions at the cash register.Loss Prevention & Safety: Play strong defense. Safeguard store assets and maintain a safe, productive environment for customers and team members alike.Recruitment & Training: Scout new talent and get them up to speed. Foster a high-energy, winning culture with clear expectations and plenty of constructive feedback.Collaboration & Growth: Team up with the District Manager to spot rising stars and share best practices, ensuring all district stores thrive.Continuous Development: Never stop learning Complete all training programs and look for new ways to up your game.Key Responsibilities:Oversee local/market-specific tasks and projects as needed.Build relationships with customers, colleagues, supervisors, vendors, support functions, and local administrators.Knowledge, Capabilities, and Experience:- Experience: Minimum of 18 months in a sports/fashion retail environment with at least 12 months of management experience.- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, intermediate numeracy, and literacy.Ready to make a statement and lead the store to victory?
