We work with domestic, outbound and inbound businesses to raise capital and complete acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances.
Whether responding to performance pressure from the market or preparing for growth, we help clients from a variety of sectors across the entire deal lifecycle.Deals offer opportunities across our Australian offices, with roles ranging from Senior Consultant through to Director levels.Responsibilities include: Understanding our clients' unique needs as a trusted advisorProducing high quality financial reporting and data driven insightsHelping clients make better business decisions based on value, by providing commercial insights and technical expertise, backing up your point of view with well articulated, rigorous and reasoned analysisAdopting emerging technologies into the way you work.
We have innovative tools across our business, enhancing the client experience on engagements as well as providing you with access to opportunities to continue developing your digital IQ and capabilities.Leveraging our integrated offering and increasing your brand eminence across DealsConducting sector research and assisting with the development of thought leadershipCoaching and developing junior colleaguesRequirements:Professional qualifications in accounting, law, business, commerce or finance/CAPostgraduate academic qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, MBA or a Masters in Finance or Applied Finance are highly regardedBackground and solid financial technical skills in a consulting or corporate client-facing environmentCommercially focused and skilled in areas such as data manipulation, integrated financial models, business and asset valuation, FDD, cost management, risk management, cashflow, financial analysis, problem solving, and lateral thinkingAbility to handle multiple and varied projects simultaneouslyGood understanding of the Australian market with exposure to corporate finance aspects, capital markets, industry analysis, valuations, mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and risk management protocols in these areas.Experienced in producing reports to assist in decision makingStrong collaboration, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with excellent business writing and excel skillsIt's time to move forward.

The minimum full time salary for a Senior Associate in this role is $83,000.00 including Superannuation, however will be determined based on the skills and experience that the candidate brings.As the team experiences high volumes of applications, we appreciate your patience to allow for a timely and fair process for all.
