This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a talented team of Biomedical Engineers and significantly impact patient care.About the Role:As a Biomedical Team Leader, you will oversee a team of Biomedical Engineers, ensuring the optimal medical equipment performance and maintenance. Your role will involve:Leading and mentoring a team of Biomedical EngineersHands-on involvement in the maintenance and repair of biomedical equipmentImplementing and managing inventory control systemsPreparing and submitting detailed reports on equipment performance and maintenanceCollaborating with clinical staff to identify equipment needs and resolve issuesEnsuring compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standardsTo be successful in this role, you will possess:A relevant tertiary qualification in Biomedical Engineering or a related fieldProven leadership experience in a healthcare environmentStrong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment and systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
