We actively encourage women and those from diverse backgrounds to apply for our roles.About the roleWe are seeking an organized, professional Credit Officer to provide high-level support to our National Credit & Funding Team.
Reporting to the Credit Team Leader, you will be responsible for collections of monies owed to Konica Minolta in an important high-risk portfolio.
You will work closely with our internal sales & customer service teams to provide high levels of customer service, resolving internal and external customer queries on a timely basis.Requirements: Maintain your own ledger, ensuring customer follow-ups occur in a timely mannerIdentify and monitor accounts at potential riskPerform regular banking & allocations tasksWeekly reportingResolve disputes in a timely manner and negotiate to bring payment into line with terms and within an acceptable time frameWho are we looking for? Demonstrated experience in credit/collections or similar roleStrong MS Excel skillsSAP experience (preferred)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to engage and establish relationships with stakeholdersA proven capacity to set priorities and meet critical deadlinesStrong attention to detail and well-developed analytical skillsWork well in a team environment and have a positive can-do attitudeSelf-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed KPIs & targetsAs per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.Benefits:What can KM offer you?You will enjoy a collaborative team culture where you will be supported and empowered to contribute your ideas and identify opportunities to develop your team and yourself.
