Allocations Consultant / Bookings Coordinator – Brisbane Office Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with excellent communication skills?
YNA is seeking a Casual Allocations Consultant / Bookings Coordinator to manage rostering, support clients, and coordinate staff across SEQ and NT regions from our Stafford office.
This is a permanent part-time role, with an expectation of availability for a minimum of four shifts per week.
About Us: YNA Brisbane provides nursing, midwifery and support service staff to hospitals, health & aged care facilities throughout South-East Queensland and the Northern Territory.
About the Role:
This client-facing role is the first point of contact for staff and clients.
You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:
Booking staff into shifts at various facilities (daily, pre-bookings, and contracts).Monitoring and updating staff profiles with shift preferences and availability.Processing client bookings and managing multiple inboxes.Assisting Team Leaders with after-hours coordination tasks.Maintaining accurate records and data in the YNA system.Shifts: Flexible roster options: 4am–12pm, 12pm–8pm, and 8pm–4am.Occasional overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts, with availability over Christmas required.What We're Looking For: A "can-do" attitude and professional approach.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Experience in healthcare, customer service, or office administration (preferred but not essential).Why Join YNA?
