This is the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and gain experience that will open doors to future opportunities.Your DutiesDispense and supply medication and pharmacy productsCoordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, discharge and day appointmentsConduct medication histories, medication chart reviews and medication reconciliationDevelop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer serviceSupport and educate patients, carers, hospital staff on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicinesAbout YouWhether you're a newly registered pharmacist eager to dive into the world of hospital pharmacy or someone with experience in a community pharmacy looking to make a transition, we would love to hear from you.
