Your role as the Department Head of Property Management is to ensure you focus on the four main pillars of growth and revenue, risk minimization, team experience, and client experience.
You will understand each of your clients (landlords, tenants, and team) and create exceptional experiences for each, which will enable growth, retention, and profit to be achieved.
Responsibilities
Focusing on your four pillars, your responsibilities will include:
Revenue and Growth Risk Minimization and Compliance Team Experience Client Experience A detailed breakdown of the responsibilities will be provided to applicants.
Knowledge & Experience Required
Clean and reliable private motor vehicle Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent client focus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of real estate legislation in ACT/NSW Ability to work within a team and autonomously Ability to create relationships with referral partners Strong leadership experience Understanding of HR practices and legislation Ability to understand financials and key drivers for growth Strong project management and time management skills Initiative to constantly improve the client and team journey and empower team members to drive positive change Lead by example Performance management and accountability skills Competence in the use of relevant software programs and CRMs Real estate experience, particularly in the local property market An understanding of both local and national real estate markets and trends Knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry Knowledge of investment markets, diversification strategies, and investment property strategies Your application will include the following questions:
