To help us achieve this we are looking for a Digital Product Owner - Participation to join our Digital team.

About the role Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager - Participation, this role is focused on supporting the development and execution of the Participation Digital Product Strategy which is aimed at digitising the operations of tennis clubs and coaches to connect tennis to more consumers Australia-wide.
In this role you will: Define, prioritise, manage and refine the Participation digital product/experience backlog.
Lead development and delivery of digital experiences and products.
Optimise the Participation Digital experience across digital and mobile channels.
Drive customer-centric innovations by analysing market trends and customer feedback.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure buy-in for both prioritisation and for investments in improving and innovating our Participation Digital experiences.
Establish and distribute Digital Product Performance insights.
About you You will be an experienced and highly collaborative Digital Product Owner with proven success in product lifecycle management and execution.
What you will bring to the role: Demonstrated ability to deliver digital products that meet business goals and improve user experience.
Experience working with digital products in the consumer space, with an understanding of consumer needs and market trends.
Strong knowledge Agile methodologies and principles with demonstrated experience working in Agile teams is essential.
Proficiency in tools including Jira & Confluence for project tracking and team collaboration is highly desirable.
Experience with user research and user testing methodologies, coupled with the ability to apply user insights into product development.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
