Transform Orthodontic Care (TOC) is looking for a graduate or experienced orthodontist to join our eminent practice led by the highly regarded Dr. Daniel De Angelis, a specialist trained orthodontist with over 25 years' experience in dentistry and orthodontics.
We are eager to expand our services and further utilise our state-of-the-art facilities to better support our communities.
About Us TOC is known for its technical innovation and commitment to patient care, guided by the esteemed Dr. Daniel De Angelis and his dedicated and specialised team.
Dr. De Angelis is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, the Academy of Dentistry International, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
His fellowships, granted through rigorous peer review, highlight his exceptional leadership in the dental profession.
Dr. De Angelis has served as a clinical tutor at the University of Adelaide, a Visiting Fellow at Westmead Children's Hospital, and an orthodontic consultant for the Australian Craniofacial Unit at The Women's and Children's Hospital.
Our three QIP-accredited metropolitan clinics in St Peters, West Lakes, and Modbury boast modern facilities and a state-of-the-art orthodontic laboratory.
Each clinic is equipped with OPGs, Cephalometric imaging X-ray units, and digital scanning capabilities using Itero scanners for aligner treatments and creating removable retainers.
The St Peters clinic also features CBCT imaging capabilities and a lab equipped with a 3D printer.
Additionally, each clinic offers 4 to 5 treatment chairs and 1 to 2 rooms for new patient consultations.
Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in General Dentistry from an AHPRA-approved program recognised by the Dental Board of Australia.
Completed or currently completing the 3-year postgraduate degree in Orthodontics.
Current unconditional AHPRA registration as a Specialist Orthodontist.
Right to live and work in Australia.
Current professional indemnity insurance.
Passion for providing excellent and innovative patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills to support your team.
Honest, ethical, open-minded, and empathetic.
What We Offer Graduate Orthodontist : Opportunity to be mentored by Dr. De Angelis, exposure to complex and novel cases, and training in the latest orthodontic techniques.
Induction, shadowing, and training will be provided, along with support for managing your own orthodontic clinic sessions.
Experienced Orthodontist : An opportunity to collaborate with Dr. De Angelis on complex and novel cases using the latest orthodontic techniques.
Concentrate on patient care, assured that a dedicated team is handling the daily operations of our orthodontic clinic.
Flexibility to work across all or two of our clinics based on your preferences.
A part-time or full-time role.
Strong relationships with general dental practices, ensuring a continuous patient referral base.
Active marketing efforts with schools, colleges, community groups, and on digital platforms.
A positive and professional culture acknowledged by our team, where we foster cooperation, teamwork, flexibility, and continuous professional development.
Relocation support provided.
Remuneration Attractive compensation in the range of $200K to $400K pro-rata, and/or buy-in terms based on relevant experience and clinic load.
