Senior Research Analyst

This is an exciting role within the product team, focused on serving clients to whom we deliver business focused insights.
You will be instrumental in the production and delivery of insights to these clients, liaising with clients on their needs, overseeing question drafting and analysis and delivering client presentations.
You will work closely with more junior members of the team helping them to improve their analytical capability and the actionability of their work.
Key Responsibilities Advancing the depth and actionability of insights provided to clients, ensuring on time delivery that exceeds expectationsMaintaining deep understanding of the client's strategic priorities and how these can be addressed via our researchOverseeing and providing feedback on output produced by more junior members of the team inclusive of drafted survey questions, analysis and client presentationsIdentifying and implementing innovative research approaches and methodologiesConducting training on Q, analysis techniquesEnsure the smooth running of business focused programs in Australia and New Zealand ensuring fieldwork is completed without delay and final data received is of expected qualityBeing a key point of contact for clients where they have questions on what we have delivered or could deliverContributing to the identification of opportunities to improve the way clients are serviced and to enhance client valueVirtual/in-person delivery of selected client presentationsSupporting Client Success in attending client calls to take client briefs / writing analysis plansProducing marketing / sales collateralRequirements Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a research agency environment or research roleExperience working with banks / financial services providersExperience in delivering presentations to clients or a desire to do soExperience of using data/research software such as SPSS and QExperience of using data and research to deliver customer insightsExperience managing primary research from the design stage through deliveryExperience working with external panel suppliersAn ability to focus on client service above all elseA desire to work on your own in a fast-moving environment, with an entrepreneurial focusThe ability to work and communicate effectivelyExcellent organisational skillsThe ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box.Benefits Salary: CompetitiveGreat opportunity to work with a global team25 days annual leave + public holidays + birthday leaveFlexible working arrangementsRegular employee awardsMonthly social eventsDefined training pathways for career progressionA non-hierarchical open team environment with ready access to senior staff #J-18808-Ljbffr
