Our Client
We are excited to partner with a large global enterprise based in Brisbane, offering an exciting opportunity for a high potential Human Resources Business Partner.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor or Junior Business Partner looking to step up and develop their skills within a global and dynamic business.
As a sole contributor, you will take the lead on onboarding, contract administration, while driving the implementation of people initiatives and building excellent relationships from diverse stakeholders.
The Role
This role partners with Group functions to deliver outstanding people experiences that foster high engagement, productivity, and the achievement of business goals.
The position covers a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment, training and development, safety, employee relations (ER), industrial relations (IR), performance management, policy implementation, P&C administration, and project-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Provide education and support to Group functions on all P&C processes; Assist leaders with the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding; Offer guidance and support to leaders in managing ER matters and conducting necessary investigations; Proactively drive key P&C cyclical processes, such as the Performance Cycle for Group functions; Help identify training needs and facilitate informational sessions as needed; Serve as the primary contact for safety-related issues; Act as the Return to Work Coordinator for injured employees; Support the effective implementation and adoption of P&C policies; Actively monitor P&C KPIs and lead efforts to enhance performance; Contribute to the development and execution of P&C projects; Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, including letter generation and data entry into HR systems.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field; Experience in a Senior HR Advisory or P&C business partner role, with a strong and up-to-date understanding of HR, ER, IR, Return to Work, and safety practices; Strong skills in influencing, negotiation, and resilience; Experience in developing and implementing P&C projects and initiatives; Change management experience is a plus; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Advanced computer proficiency and strong writing abilities; Travel by car is required so you will need a car and current drivers licence.
