Physiotherapy, OT & Rehabilitation (Healthcare & Medical)
Adelaide Foot and Ankle are seeking a passionate Podiatrist to join us on a full-time basis at our premises in Semaphore SA, practicing all aspects of podiatry and further developing your clinical skills to the highest levels possible in the profession.
Duties & responsibilities:
Diagnosis and management of all foot and ankle conditions Providing general foot care including treatment of ingrown toenails, corns, calluses, and fungal nails Management of musculoskeletal conditions such as heel spurs, neuroma, bunions, hammer toes, shin splints and tendonitis Care of high risk footcare and NDIS patients Use of lasers for fungal nails, shockwave treatments, and swift microwave therapy Perform nail surgery and reconstructive foot and ankle procedures Optional assistance in both in-office and hospital based surgical procedures Experience & attributes:
Minimum of 1 year's prior full-time Podiatry experience Professional Indemnity insurance Strong base of clinical skills to be built upon Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great teamworking and interpersonal skills with colleagues An adaptive approach and ability to learn our systems processes Experience with patient assessment and diagnosis Keen problem-solving skills for complex cases Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education Benefits we offer:
