Current Director Scaling back. The book is $370K (one large account $100K) so very manageable and plenty of opportunity to work on the development of the book. Varied accounts across Commercial, Construction, Financial Lines, Property. No claims handling / Fully automated / Provide a flexible workplace after an initial familiarity with their systems. Shared vehicle, free car parking. Extremely competitive Salary Plus an attractive commission on New Business.Senior Account Executive – One of their Senior Account Managers is retiring and they are planning a lengthy handover. They want to take the new person out to see all of the clients. Portfolio is $250k - $270k income. Hybrid after 6 months. They would love someone to be interested in Business Development. (30% commission on any new business for first 12 months income).
