Reporting to the President of Government & Defence (G&D), you will play a critical role in optimising, leading and maintaining a safe work environment by applying WHS specialist and Chain of Responsibility skills and knowledge.
In this role, you will coach and mentor the G&D business unit to exercise safety and on-road compliance responsibilities.Ensure integrity of WHS risk assessment and risk management processes.Establish effective and measurable objectives, targets and KPIs for G&D as part of the internal performance evaluation process in line with the Linfox corporate safety management system.Support the implementation of corporate, business unit and site safety initiatives.Facilitate senior management and site management safety communication forums.Lead, mentor and manage the G&D Safety Team.Are you the one?You are an excellent communicator who lives and breathes safety and wellbeing.
