As a new Sales Contract Administrator, you'll be the engine room behind their successful sales process, ensuring seamless execution from contract to settlement.
Your Impact
Drive excellence in our property transactions by orchestrating the end-to-end contract administration process.
Your meticulous approach and process mastery will ensure the sales team can focus on what they do best, while you expertly manage all documentation, system updates, and stakeholder coordination through to settlement.
You'll bring your expertise to
Champion the contract preparation and execution process for premium developments Coordinate with valuers and settlement agents throughout the transaction lifecycle Maintain immaculate records across multiple systems Support pre-settlement and handover processes Provide critical administrative support for project launches Manage the CRM database with precision What's In It For You
