Main Duties and Responsibilities
Design and produce electrical schematics for PV and storage systemsSupport Green.com.au's Virtual Power Plants development and operationsManaging the integration of the renewable energy products into existing systemsPreparing project plans, schedules of work and cost estimatesLiaising with energy providers, contractors and distributorsDesign PV and Storage systems for residential and commercial clients Inspecting final designs and installations for compliance with specifications and regulationsAnalyse and validate energy usage and consumption data Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PV and storage systems for both residential and commercial clientsForecast and plan demand and response capability of battery fleetsPrepare and submit compliance paperwork to distributors and regulators Liaise with required Governing bodies (Clean Energy Regulator, Clean Energy Council etc.)
Ensure that projects adhere to Clean Energy Council (CEC) requirements and compliance with performance, quality, and safety standards such as AS/NZS: 3000, 4777 & 5139Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Engineering preferred however any discipline considered) Experience:
Previous experience in similar role favorable Skills:
Advanced ability with web based applications Excellent verbal and written communicationHigh level of organization and ability to meet deadlinesAnalytical ability to interpret complex energy data
