In our Catering team, you will work alongside a fast-paced team that thrives on delivering exceptional customer service in line with our Ramsay Core Values.
We have multiple casual roles available.This role will involve:Preparing high standard, nutritious cold larder sandwiches, salads and desserts for private hospital patients and doctorsMaintaining food hygiene, a clean working area and safety practicesAssisting the broader team as requiredAvailability across a 7-day roster, including morning and afternoon shiftsSkills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You will also be punctual, reliable and committed to genuine, friendly customer service.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:Previous experience in a prep kitchen or hospital environment is desirablePrevious experience working within dietary restrictions and requirements is desirableUnderstanding of food safety and hygiene principlesExcellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focusCompliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace Health and SafetyCertificate II or Certificate III in Hospitality (desirable)Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay's core valuesRemuneration$26.33 + 25% casual loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.What's in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
